I had really great days staying at this trendy boutique hotel. The room was spacious and relaxing with open bathroom. The management was really kind and nice, as well as the staff.

The room seemed really noisy.

Great value for money with a comfortable room and excellent water pressure. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, bars, and the Ben Thanh market within the city center. The staff, particularly Anthony, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests.

Breakfast selection could be improved, especially in terms of variety.

Conveniently located. Hotel staff is able to converse in English and provide direction to places of interest. Buffet Breadfast has reasonable spread of western and local food.

Flooring in hotel room should be carpeted to provide a comfortable feeling for us to relax our feet after a long day walking around the street or tour. TV channels are limited for foreigner from Asia. To provide some Taiwan or China channels

The hotel has a great location near a large marketplace. It is set in a stunning area very close to Ben Thanh Street Food Market, restaurants, bars, and tourist spots.

Staff were very helpful & friendly. Rooms were clean & fairly spacious (I stayed in a Double Suite). Bathroom was modern. Breakfast was nice - choice of vietnamese & western food. The best thing about it is the location.

I had a room with a window (I believe most rooms don't have one) however the downside was that it was overlooking the busy road. For those who are light sleepers the noise outside will probably annoy you as the walls/windows are quite thin. I can see this as a problem for most but luckily for me, it didn't affect me too much as I can sleep through anything!

The location is a real plus.And our room was nice and quiet for a H.C.M.C hotel room.

This is a nice hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite basic in comparison to western standards but comfortable and clean. The food was of a very high standard; I had dinner in my room twice from the room service menu and I was impressed with the quality, taste and temperature of the dishes. Breakfast is not to quite the same standard but still acceptable and a reasonable choice.

The hotel is advertised as having a gym, which was a key requirement that I have when booking a hotel. However in short it was a disaster. There are a total of 4 machines (a multi weight machine, a treadmill, a vibrating plate thing, and a static bike). All of these were quite old and tired and the treadmill running surface began to slip at over 10kph. The aircon unit in the room was not working and it was like a sauna There is a huge window that the sun blasts through and even when open there was no breeze.

Staff are polite & efficient. It exceeds the 3 star status. Can't ask for more.

We had an amazing stay at A & Em Signature Hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a charming old charm vibe. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were large and clean.
